Versa-Matic high pressure air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps are designed for applications where discharge pressure above standard AODD pump capability is required. These metallic 2:1 high-pressure pumps can deliver discharge pressures up to 232 psi (16 bar), making them suitable for demanding fluid-transfer duties involving high head pressure, viscous fluids and long-distance pumping.
The range includes 1″ and 2″ high-pressure configurations with aluminum or stainless steel wetted materials. Their air-driven design retains common AODD advantages such as self-priming operation, safe deadheading and reliable restart on demand.

A high-pressure AODD pump should be considered when the required discharge pressure exceeds the capability of a conventional air-operated diaphragm pump. The Versa-Matic 2:1 design uses additional air chambers and an additional air-side driver diaphragm to increase the force transferred to the pumped fluid.
