Blagdon B25 PTFE Non-Metallic AODD Pump
The Blagdon B25 PTFE Non-Metallic air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump is designed for demanding chemical-transfer applications where highly corrosion-resistant PTFE wetted construction is required.
With maximum delivery up to 136 litres per minute (36 gal/min) and working pressure up to 7 bar (102 psi), the B25 PTFE provides reliable fluid transfer for aggressive chemicals and compatible process fluids while handling suspended particles up to 3 mm.
Virgin PTFE and conductive PTFE configurations are available. For hazardous-area applications, the X25 ATEX configuration applies specifically to conductive PTFE construction.

Virgin PTFE vs Conductive PTFE
Virgin PTFE: Provides highly inert wetted construction for compatible aggressive chemicals where excellent chemical resistance is required.
Conductive PTFE: Combines PTFE chemical resistance with conductive properties for selected applications where electrostatic control is required.
For the Blagdon B25 PTFE range, X25 ATEX-approved versions are applicable only to conductive PTFE pumps.
ATEX Configuration
Blagdon X25 conductive PTFE models are available for applicable hazardous-area installations. Correct installation, bonding and grounding requirements must be followed according to the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable site standards.
