Can the B25 be used for CIP processes?
Yes. The B25 is designed for hygienic systems and can be configured for compatible Clean-in-Place applications.
What is the main difference between the B15 and B25 Hygienic pumps?
The B25 offers a higher maximum flow rate and can handle larger suspended particles, making it suitable for medium-capacity hygienic applications.
Can the B25 handle viscous products?
Yes. The pump is suitable for viscous and high-specific-gravity products when correctly configured for the process.
Which elastomer should I choose?
Material selection depends on the process fluid, temperature and cleaning conditions. PTFE, EPDM and other compatible elastomers are available for different process requirements.
