Versamatic 1½” 3-A Hygienic Clamped Metal AODD Pump
Versamatic’s ½” (13mm) bolted metal air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump is engineered for compact, chemical-resistant performance in OEM systems and small-volume applications. Featuring a leak-free bolted design, this pump offers maximum sealing integrity, ensuring safe and reliable transfer of aggressive or hazardous fluids.
Designed with a corrosion-resistant air section and a patented lubrication-free, non-stalling air valve, the ½” AODD pump guarantees consistent on/off operation. This makes it ideal for chemical dosing, sampling and low-volume transfer in confined or sensitive environments.
The pump is available in various wetted materials such as aluminum, stainless steel and Alloy C, offering compatibility with a wide range of chemicals. It is also available in an ATEX-compliant configuration for hazardous area use.
