Versa-Matic E5-½” FDA-Compliant Bolted Metallic AODD Pump
The Versa-Matic E5 ½” (13 mm) FDA-Compliant Bolted Metallic air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump is designed for specialty food-processing and sanitary fluid-transfer applications requiring FDA-compliant materials, reliable operation and easy cleaning.
The pump features stainless steel wetted construction with internally and externally electropolished surfaces finished to 150 µ-in (Ra 3.81 µm). Its Tri-Clamp fluid connections support quick installation, disassembly, cleaning and reassembly for hygienic processing duties.
With a maximum flow rate of 12 gpm (45.4 lpm), the compact E5 FDA pump is suitable for small-batch transfer, ingredient handling, flavor and concentrate transfer and other food-grade applications where dependable on/off operation and compact installation are important.
