The Versamatic 3 inch clamped stainless steel AODD pump is engineered for food processing and hygienic transfer applications. Built with FDA-compliant materials and tri-clamp porting, it simplifies sanitation while delivering high flow rates up to 234 gpm (886 lpm) and excellent solids handling.

The pump’s smooth internal and external surfaces are electropolished to 150 µ-in (Ra 3.81 µm) to meet food and beverage standards. With quick teardown via hygienic wing nuts and a chemical-resistant air section, it is also suitable for sanitizing solutions and washdown procedures. Certified for ATEX zones and compatible with EC No 1935/2004, this pump supports global compliance for food-grade systems.
