Versa-Matic E2-2″ Plastic Flap Valve AODD Pump
The Versa-Matic E2 2″ (51 mm) plastic air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump with flap valves is designed for demanding solids-handling applications involving corrosive fluids, slurries and entrained solids. Its top-suction and bottom-discharge configuration uses gravity to help reduce solids settling and promote reliable fluid movement through the pump.
The flap valve configuration provides a larger flow path than conventional ball-valve arrangements, helping the pump handle solids up to 1.8″ (46 mm). Polypropylene wetted construction and multiple diaphragm material options allow the pump to be configured for different fluid-handling requirements.
