Versa-Matic E2-2″ FDA Clamped Metallic AODD Pump

The Versa-Matic E2 2″ (51 mm) FDA Clamped Metallic air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump is designed for food processing and sanitary fluid-transfer applications requiring FDA-compliant materials, reliable operation and easy cleaning. Its stainless steel construction, clamped assembly and sanitary Tri-Clamp connections support rapid teardown, cleaning and reassembly.

With a maximum flow rate of 185 gpm (700 lpm), the pump provides high-capacity transfer while maintaining the portability and serviceability of an AODD pump. Internal and external stainless steel surfaces are electropolished to a 150 µ-in (Ra 3.81 µm) finish to support hygienic processing.

FDA-compatible diaphragm configurations and ATEX-compliant options are available depending on the required pump specification, making the E2 suitable for demanding food, beverage and specialty processing applications.
