The Versa-Matic E2 2″ (51 mm) Bolted Plastic air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump is designed for reliable transfer of aggressive and corrosive fluids. Its rugged bolted construction provides secure fluid containment while supporting high-flow industrial applications.
With a maximum flow rate of 192 gpm (727 lpm), the pump combines strong chemical resistance, self-priming capability, multiple porting options and dependable on/off operation. Polypropylene and PVDF wetted-material configurations are available to suit different chemical and process requirements.
Polypropylene provides good resistance to strong acids and alkalis, while PVDF offers excellent chemical resistance and is well suited to applications where UV resistance is required.

Material Selection
