Versa-Matic E1-1″ Valor AODD Pump

The Versa-Matic Valor 1″ (25 mm) air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump is designed for high-performance industrial fluid transfer with a modular construction focused on easier maintenance, flexible installation and efficient operation.

With an adjustable flow rate up to 63 gpm (238 lpm), the Valor provides high-capacity performance in a compact 1″ pump. Its integrated air-valve and pilot-valve arrangement is designed to simplify air-side servicing and help reduce maintenance downtime.

Polypropylene, PVDF and conductive polypropylene configurations are available for different chemical and industrial applications. Flexible center-port, end-port and dual-port arrangements allow the pump to be configured for different piping layouts and replacement requirements.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Maximum flow rate up to 63 gpm (238 lpm)
  • Capable of operating up to 125 psi
  • Integrated air valve and pilot valve for easier servicing
  • Modular design helps reduce maintenance complexity
  • Interchangeable components help simplify spare-parts inventory
  • End-port, center-port and dual-port configurations available
  • Repositionable feet support different installation footprints
  • Polypropylene and PVDF material configurations available
  • Conductive polypropylene configurations available for applicable ATEX installations
  • Maximum published noise level of 84 dB(A)

Flexible Modular Design

The Valor platform is designed to make installation and maintenance more flexible. Depending on the required configuration, the pump can be arranged with end porting, center porting or dual porting, while the feet can be repositioned to suit selected existing installation footprints.

Its modular air-side design also provides easier access to the main air valve and pilot valve, helping maintenance teams reduce service time and simplify routine pump repair.

Materials & Configuration Options

Wetted Construction Polypropylene, PVDF or Conductive Polypropylene depending on configuration
Fluid Porting End porting, center porting and selected dual-port arrangements
Mounting Repositionable mounting feet
Air-Side Design Integrated main air valve and pilot valve
Hazardous Area Option Conductive polypropylene configurations with ATEX options available

Final material and diaphragm selection should be confirmed against the process fluid, chemical concentration, operating temperature, solids characteristics and site requirements.
