The Versamatic 1″ (25mm) Metallic 2:1 HighPressure Pump is designed for applications where discharge pressure matters as much as flow. With pressure capability up to 232psi (16.2bar) and flow rates up to 33gpm (125lpm), this highpressure airoperated doublediaphragm pump delivers powerful performance in a compact 1 size.
It’s ideal for pumping viscous fluids, high specificgravity liquids, and processes that involve longdistance fluid transfer or high head pressure requirements.
How It Works
This pump incorporates two additional air chambers and an extra airside driver diaphragm, which doubles the airpressure surface area. That amplified pressure is delivered to the fluid diaphragms, allowing it to outperform traditional 1″ AODD pumps in pressuredemanding environments.
