Versa-Matic E1-1″ Bolted Metallic AODD Pump

The Versa-Matic E1 1″ (25 mm) Bolted Metallic air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump is designed for reliable industrial fluid transfer where compact size, robust construction and dependable on/off operation are required.

With a maximum flow rate of approximately 49 gpm (185 lpm), the E1 combines secure bolted construction with Versa-Matic’s non-stalling, lubrication-free air-valve system. It can handle suspended solids up to 1/8″ (3.2 mm) and provides wet suction lift up to 31 ft (9.4 m).

Aluminum, stainless steel and Alloy C wetted constructions are available, together with different diaphragm, valve-ball and seat-material combinations to suit compatible chemicals, process fluids and operating requirements.
