The Versa-Matic E1 1″ (25 mm) Bolted Metallic air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump is designed for reliable industrial fluid transfer where compact size, robust construction and dependable on/off operation are required.
With a maximum flow rate of approximately 49 gpm (185 lpm), the E1 combines secure bolted construction with Versa-Matic’s non-stalling, lubrication-free air-valve system. It can handle suspended solids up to 1/8″ (3.2 mm) and provides wet suction lift up to 31 ft (9.4 m).
Aluminum, stainless steel and Alloy C wetted constructions are available, together with different diaphragm, valve-ball and seat-material combinations to suit compatible chemicals, process fluids and operating requirements.
| Wetted Construction | Aluminum, Stainless Steel or Alloy C |
| Construction Design | Bolted Metallic |
| Diaphragm Options | Multiple elastomer and PTFE-based configurations depending on pump selection |
| Valve Materials | Multiple valve-ball and seat-material options depending on fluid compatibility requirements |
| Hazardous Area Option | ATEX-compliant configuration available |
Final material selection should be confirmed against the process fluid, chemical concentration, operating temperature, solids characteristics and other application conditions.

Published performance values are based on manufacturer test conditions. Actual pump performance may vary depending on diaphragm material, air pressure, suction conditions, fluid viscosity and other operating factors.
Aluminum: A lightweight metallic construction suitable for many general industrial fluid-transfer applications where the process fluid is compatible with aluminum.
Stainless Steel: Provides enhanced corrosion resistance and durable metallic construction for compatible chemical and industrial process applications.
Alloy C: Provides additional corrosion resistance for selected aggressive chemical applications where Alloy C compatibility is required.
ATEX-compliant E1 configurations are available for applicable hazardous-area installations. Pumps and connected equipment must be correctly installed, bonded and grounded according to the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable site requirements.
