V IN LINE Magnetic Drive Sealless Inline Peripheral Pump for Chemical Applications
V IN LINE

Pump construction
Close-coupled drivers are conventional drivers mounted directly to the pump’s frame. No base, coupling, or guards are required for this mounting style.

Sealless sliding vane pump with permanent magnet drive system, no mechanical seal.

The separation of the liquid chamber from the atmosphere by means of an isolation shell is ideal for pumping aggressive, explosive, toxic liquids, hydrocarbons, heat transfer liquids, and fluids difficult to seal.

Suitable for various applications including reverse osmosis systems, cooling circulation, and sampling in refineries.

Available in a wide range of performances. Coated with epoxy primer and polyacrylic enamel water-based paint for superior resistance and environmental respect.

The sealing system with O-Rings prevents leakage into the atmosphere.

Materials available:

  • VITON®
  • EPDM
  • FEPCF8M Pump casing & cover — high quality casting components
  • Other materials on request:
    • Hastelloy® C276
    • Incoloy® 825
    • Duplex

Quick Change Cartridge Kit

Designed for easy and fast maintenance:

  • Standard Version: Cartridge phenolic graphite, rotor SS316
  • “1 SiC” Version (for low viscosity or chemical resistance): Cartridge metallized carbon, rotor SS316 with SiC bearings
  • “2 SiC” Version (for extreme differential pressure): Cartridge metallized carbon or phenolic graphite, rotor SS316 with SiC bearings vs. SiC stationary bearings

The rear shell is a single-piece, no welding, ellipsoidal profile designed to withstand higher pressures than traditional shells.

Available in two versions:

  • AISI 316 standard construction
  • Hastelloy® C276 for high pressure (max 150 bar)

Titanium alloy is available as an upgrade for higher pressure ratings and increased efficiency.

High power synchronous magnetic coupling, designed with rare earth magnetic elements mechanically locked.

The magnets operate up to 392 °F (200 °C).

Connections available:

  • Threaded BSP (GAS) or NPT
  • DIN Flanges PN25
  • ANSI Class 150 and 300 lbs

Assembly foot allows compatibility with motor types B3B5 or B5.
