The Flowserve UZDL is a between bearings, axially split, two-stage centrifugal pump designed in full compliance with ISO 13709 and API 610 (BB1) standards. Engineered for high flow moderate head applications such as water transmission, pipeline systems and industrial utilities, the UZDL pump offers robust construction, optimized hydraulics, and easy top-down maintenance access. |
The UZDL is an axially split, two stage pump designed to the latest ISO 13709/API 610 (BB1) standards. With a double suction first-stage impeller, the UZDL pump is a natural solution for many low NPSH, high working pressure applications such as pipeline and transfer services. The pump fills the performance gap between the single stage DVS and multistage DMX pumps.
LNG, Offsites and Waste Treatment, Cooling Water (power), Crude, Product and CO2 Pipeline, Dewatering and Water Supply (mining), Heavy Oil, Oil Sands and Shale, Gas Treating and Sulfur Recovery, Water Supply and Distribution (water), FPSO, Gas to Liquids, Fire Protection
Double Suction First-stage Impeller reduces NPSHR and often eliminates the need for booster units.
Double Volute Construction for both stages minimizes hydraulic loads in any service condition down to minimum flow.
API 682 Seal Chambers operate at suction pressure and allow for installation of cartridge design single, dual unpressurized and dual pressurized mechanical seals to meet safety and environmental requirements.
Shaft Options include double extension for connection to auxiliary pumps or hydraulic turbines, and special shaft end machining for hydraulic fitted couplings.
Baseplate Designs and Pump Packages engineered to contract requirements.
Dynamic Balancing and TIR Verifications on assembled rotors ensure optimum mechanical performance throughout the operating range.
