TSP MAG-P Magnetic Drive Pump

Pump Construction: The TSP MAG-P is a self-priming, horizontal, sealless peripheral magnetic drive pump featuring a close-coupled configuration. No baseplate, coupling, or guard is required, offering a compact, leak-free solution for chemical and pharmaceutical applications.

Connections: Threaded BSP (GAS) & NPT, as well as universal flanges compatible with DIN PN16 and ANSI 150# standards.

  • Maximum viscosity: 200 cSt
  • Maximum system pressure: 6 bar
  • Flow rate: up to 12 m³/h
  • Head: up to 50 m
  • Self-priming capability: up to 5 m

Design and Material Advantages

The TSP MAG-P features a fully sealless design, with an isolation shell that separates the liquid chamber from the atmosphere — ideal for aggressive chemicals, high-purity fluids, and hard-to-seal liquids. Its simple yet robust construction, combined with thick-walled PP or PVDF pump casing machined from solid bar, ensures exceptional chemical resistance and long service life.

The external surfaces are protected with an epoxy primer and water-based polyacrylic enamel for environmental durability and corrosion protection.

  • Fast and easy maintenance using PP or PVDF construction
  • Sealing system uses O-rings to prevent atmospheric leakage

Rear Shell & Magnetic Coupling

  • Rear shell: Thermoplastic PP GFR or PVDF FCR, zero magnetic losses
  • Outer cover: Ellipsoidal profile made of fiber-reinforced composite
  • Magnetic coupling: High-power rare-earth magnets, mechanically locked for optimal balance and reduced wear

Shaft & Bearing Options

  • PTFEC – ALUMINA 99.7% (standard)

All bearing components are field-assembled, pre-lubricated, and do not require special tools for replacement.
