The Alfa Laval ThinkTop V50 valve control unit will assist you in peacefully regulating your sanitary valves. A single sensor target control board handles both communication and valve operations. There are no cover screws, special tools, or adaptors required. Color-coded air pipes with no crossover for uncomplicated couplings. The Alfa Laval ThinkTop V50 valve control unit uses a single sensor to operate diaphragm, butterfly, and single seat valves, as well as 0 or 1 solenoid valves. The ThinkTop valve control unit uses the physical sensor target mounted to the valve stem to convert the electrical signals generated by the PLC into mechanical energy, allowing the air-operated valve to be activated or deactivated.

The auto setup feature of the Alfa Laval ThinkTop valve control device simplifies installation and saves time. To begin the setup procedure, first click the “Select” button, then press the “Enter” button again. The number of solenoid valves connected to the control unit determines the process’s flexibility. Furthermore, a “Live setup” can be performed as needed without disassembling the control head, allowing for simple remote configuration.
