T MAG-P Magnetic Drive Pump for Compact Process Applications

T MAG-P

Pump Construction
Close-coupled magnetic drive pump — no mechanical seals required. Driver mounts directly to the pump frame without needing a baseplate, coupling, or guards.
Connections:
  • Threaded BSP (GAS) & NPT
  • Universal Flanges (DIN PN 16 & ANSI 150 compatible)
Operating Limits
  • Max viscosity: 200 cSt
  • Max system pressure: 5 bar
  • Max flow rate: up to 13 m³/h
  • Max head: up to 53 m
  • Temperature range: -30 °C (?22 °F) to +90 °C (+194 °F)
  • Electric motors: 0.18 – 9.2 kW
  • ATEX version available: II – / 3G cbk II C T5

Design & Materials
Horizontal sealless pump made from high-thickness PP or PVDF, suitable for aggressive, high-purity, or hard-to-seal liquids. Ideal for chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Permanent magnet drive — no mechanical seal
  • Isolation shell separates liquid from atmosphere
  • Long service life with high corrosion resistance
  • Eco-friendly epoxy primer + polyacrylic water-based coating
  • One-piece solid bar casing in PP or PVDF

RWP QUICK CHANGE CARTRIDGE KIT

Simplified maintenance design using PP and PVDF materials. O-Ring sealing prevents leakage.
Sealing options: EPDM, VITON®, FEP
Rear shell: Thermoplastic PP GFR or PVDF FCR — zero magnetic losses. Outer cover is fiber-reinforced composite material with ellipsoidal profile.
Magnetic Coupling: High-power synchronous magnetic coupling with rare earth magnets to ensure magnetic balancing, minimize bearing wear, and reduce heat.
Shaft/Bearing Options:
  • PTFEC – Alumina 99.7% (standard)
  • Carbon – Alumina 99.7%
  • Silicon Carbide (SSiC – SSiC)
