Sandpiper U1F Metallic UL-Compliant AODD Pump


Sandpiper’s UL-Listed AODD Pump, the U1F, is a metallic AODD pump designed to meet UL79 standards for diaphragm pumps handling flammable liquids. The U1F features an all-Aluminum construction with approved Nitrile or virgin PTFE UL elastomers. This ATEX pump is fully groundable to help prevent static discharge. Its durable bolted construction provides safe, leak-free performance, while material options include Aluminum with UL-approved Nitrile or PTFE elastomers for diaphragms and check valves. The pump is designed to be driven by compressed air or nitrogen.

  • Serviceability:
    The air distribution system (ADS) is one of the most frequently serviced parts of an AODD pump. Sandpiper’s ESADS+ feature provides access to the complete ADS without removing the pump from service. The system can be repaired or cleaned in 5 minutes, compared with 55 minutes for competitors as stated in the source content.
  • Proven, Simple Design:
    Sandpiper’s original ADS is fully interchangeable, repairable and inline-serviceable. This design helps simplify servicing and supports component interchangeability.
