Sandpiper FB Series Metallic AODD Pump, the F20C


Sandpiper’s FB Series F20C is part of a line of AODD pumps designed for applications where a highly polished surface finish is an important requirement. The F20C provides sanitary and hygienic fluid handling with excellent cleanability, easy maintenance and reliable performance for demanding industrial applications.

Sandpiper’s F20C AODD Pump includes features designed to support sanitary and hygienic fluid-handling applications:

  • Unique one-piece Synthesis™ diaphragm offers optimal sanitization by eliminating potential entrapment areas.
  • Diaphragm design integrates the outer plate usually found in diaphragm pumps.
  • Rotating pump stand provides easier cleaning and draining.
  • Superior cleanability due to 32 micro-inches (Ra 0.8 micro-meters) or better surface finish and removable cages.
  • Clamped construction and wing-nut fasteners allow for rapid teardown and reassembly.
  • Hygienic Tri-Clamp fluid connections allow for quick disconnection and easier cleaning.
  • Compatible with a wide variety of washdown treatments and sanitization methods.
