Sandpiper FB Series FDA Compliant Metallic AODD Pump, the F15
Sandpiper’s F15 AODD Pump is part of the FB Series of clamped ball valve pumps constructed using FDA compliant materials and certified for handling food-contacting materials. The F15 is suited for food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry applications where hygienic fluid handling and electropolished surfaces are important.

Compliance with food-contacting materials requirements:
- 316 Stainless Steel wetted components electropolished to 125 u-in (3.175 u-m) finish.
- FDA Santoprene, PTFE and FDA Hytrel diaphragms, check balls and seats.
- Band clamp and wing nut fasteners for quick teardown and reassembly.
- Maximum flow rates of 71 gpm (268 lpm), 185 gpm (700 lpm) and 234 gpm (886 lpm).
- Tri-Clamp connections.
- Stainless Steel non-wetted components for compatibility with washdown chemicals.
- Interchangeability with older or existing AODD pump technology.
