Sandpiper EvolutionX 1″ AODD Pump


The Sandpiper EvolutionX 1″ is an air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump developed to deliver enhanced performance, efficiency and serviceability. Built on decades of Sandpiper pump and fluid-dynamics engineering, the EvolutionX combines improved air efficiency, high flow capability, simplified servicing and versatile configuration options to support a wide range of industrial fluid-handling applications.


Sandpiper’s EvolutionX AODD Pump includes features designed to improve serviceability, operating efficiency and configuration flexibility:

  • Enhanced Convenience:
    Designed to reduce AODD pump assembly and service time.

    • Reduced Service Time:
      EvolutionX takes an average of five minutes to service the air distribution system (ADS), compared with an average of 45 minutes for other AODD pumps as stated in the source content.
    • Serviceability:
      Wet-side nuts and bolts use the same size and length, washers have been eliminated, and EvolutionX uses 50% fewer fasteners than the previous model.
