Sandpiper Metallic AOD High Pressure Pump, the EH-2 M


Sandpiper Metallic AOD Pump, the EH-2 M, is a 2:1 ratio high-pressure pump powered by compressed air. The pump is capable of delivering discharge pressures twice the inlet pressure up to 250 psig (17.2 barg) and is designed for durability in demanding applications such as filter press feeds and other critical processes requiring higher discharge pressures that most air-operated diaphragm (AOD) pumps are incapable of achieving. The pump is engineered with weighted check balls and metallic seats to help ensure a robust and durable valve seal for high-pressure applications. Unlike other high-pressure pumps, the Sandpiper EH-2 M features a balanced diaphragm design that allows minimal pressure differential across the diaphragm, helping reduce the need for replacement parts, decrease downtime and lower the total cost of ownership. The EH-2 M high pressure pump is available in Cast Iron and Stainless Steel with various diaphragm elastomer options.
