  • Can handle small quantities of entrained liquid
  • Easy maintenance, highly reliable
  • Low noise and minimal vibration
  • Available in various material options
  • Built-in central drain
  • No metallic contact between rotating parts

LOH Series Applications:

These pumps are designed for handling and exhausting dry and humid gases. They are also capable of tolerating entrained liquid during normal operation. Suitable for processes requiring vacuum pressure between 33 and 900 mbar.

Industries:

  • Chemical and pharmaceutical – distillation, degassing

  • Electrical – impregnation, drying

  • Plastics – degassing

  • Other vacuum-based processes

Technical data:

  • Suction volume flow: up to 60 m³/h

  • Suction pressure: 33 to 1013 mbar

  • Shaft seal: Gland packing or mechanical seal

  • Materials: Grey cast iron, bronze, stainless steel

Series LPHX, LPH

Single-Stage Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps

The LPHX and LPH Series are single-stage displacement vacuum pumps designed with a simple yet robust construction. Built for industrial reliability, they offer:

Key features:

  • Nearly isothermal compression
  • Oil-free operation (no internal lubrication)
  • Handles almost all gases and vapours
  • Tolerates liquid carryover during normal duty
  • Low maintenance, safe, and reliable operation
  • Quiet and nearly vibration-free
  • Available in a wide range of materials
  • Standard O-ring sealing
  • Standard cavitation protection
  • Built-in drain hole and solids drain
  • No metallic contact between rotating parts (minimises wear)

LPHX, LPH Applications

Ideal for handling and exhausting dry or humid gases. These pumps perform reliably even with entrained liquids and are suitable for vacuum applications requiring pressures from 120 to 900 mbar.

Typical industries:

  • Chemical and pharmaceutical – distillation, degassing

  • Electrical – impregnation, drying

  • Plastics – degassing

  • And more vacuum-demanding processes

Technical Data

  • Suction volume flow: up to 10,700 m³/h

  • Suction pressure: 120 to 1013 mbar

  • Shaft seal: Gland packing, Mechanical seal

  • Materials: Grey cast iron, Stainless steel

Series LOH

Liquid ring vacuum pumps of the series LOH are two-stage displacement pumps of uncomplicated and robust construction with the following particular features like handling of nearly all gases and vapoursnon-polluting due to nearly isothermal compressionoil-free (no lubrication in the working chamber), small quantities of entrained liquid can be handled, easy maintenance and reliable, low noise and nearly free from vibration, wide choice of material (therefore applicable nearly everywhere), incorporated central drain and no metallic contact of the rotating parts.

Applications:

Handling and exhausting of dry and humid gases. Entrained liquid can be handled during normal duty. The pumps are applied in all fields where a pressure of 33 to 900 mbar must be created by robust vacuum pumps. Fields of application are for example the chemical and pharmaceutical industry (distilling and degassing), the electric industry (impregnation and drying), the plastics industry (degassing) and many more.

Technical Data:

Suction volume flow: up to 60 m³/h
