The Flowserve FRBHJ is a rugged overhung vertical lineshaft sump pump engineered for high-flow and difficult-to-handle fluids in pulp and paper wastewater treatment and slurry systems. With a semi-open impeller, abrasion-resistant materials, and options for deep wet pit installation, the FRBHJ is designed to operate reliably in fibrous slurries and thick industrial fluids. It offers excellent uptime in OEM and auxiliary system environments where durability and clog resistance are critical.

The FRBHJ vertical lineshaft sump pump is suitable for to handle the thick, pulpy mixtures found in the pulp and paper industry, as well as a broad range of process liquids in many other industries.

Steep Head-Capacity Curve minimizes changes in flow regardless of changes in system head and prevents overloading the driver.

Semi-Open, Full Vane Impeller with back pump-out vanes prevents clogging in thick, pulpy applications and reduces axial unbalance and stuffing box pressure.

Cast Iron Lower Bearing Housing is fitted with a rubber or urethane fluted bearing. The bearing is contained in a rigid stainless steel shell and lubricated from an external clear liquid source.

Stuffing Box is sized for five rings of packing with multiple lantern ring positions. Single, double, tandem, and split mechanical sealing options also available.
