CV MAG-M Vertical Magnetic Drive Sealless Pump for Chemical Transfer
CV MAG-M

Pump construction: Close-coupled drivers are conventional drivers mounted directly to the pump’s frame. No base, coupling, or guards are required for this mounting style.

Connections: Threaded BSP (GAS) & NPT.

Flange rating per DIN Norms Class PN16–40

Flange rating per ANSI B16.5 Class 150 and 300 lbs

CV MAG-M Operating Limit

  • Max viscosity: 10,000 cSt
  • Max system pressure: 50 bar (standard), 150 bar (HP Version). Higher pressure version available on request.
  • Flow up to: 3000 l/h
  • Head up to: 12 bar
  • Temperature range: from -147°F (-100°C) to +392°F (+200°C)

Sealless low NPHS sliding vane pump with permanent magnet drive system — no mechanical seal.

The separation of liquid chamber/atmosphere by means of an isolation shell is the best solution to pump aggressive, explosive, and toxic liquids, hydrocarbons, heat transfer liquids, and liquids difficult to seal. The hermetic sealless design is ideal for chemical, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical industries.

Materials:

  • AISI 316L Pump Casing & Cover (machined from solid)
  • Other materials: Hastelloy® C276, Incoloy® 825, Duplex — others on request

Gasket materials:

  • Asbestos-free
  • PTFE (standard)
  • Graphoil
  • GYLON®

Standard connections: DIN Flanges PN25, ANSI Class 150 and 300 lbs — others on request

Rear shell: One-piece, no welding, ellipsoidal profile for high pressure resistance. Available in AISI 316 (standard), Hastelloy® C276 (HP version), and optional Titanium Alloy.

Coating: Epoxy primer and polyacrylic enamel (water-based) — high durability and eco-friendly.

Magnetic coupling: High-power synchronous magnetic drive with rare-earth elements, mechanically locked. Operates up to 392°F (200°C).

Standard versions:

  • Standard: Cartridge phenolic graphite, rotor SS316
  • “1 SiC”: Antimony carbon or phenolic graphite, rotor SS316 w/ SiC bearings
  • “2 SiC”: Antimony carbon or phenolic graphite, rotor SS316 w/ SiC bearings vs. SiC stationary bearings
