CT MAG-M

Pump construction
Close-coupled drivers are conventional drivers mounted directly to the pump frame. No base, coupling, or guards are required for this mounting style.
Connections: Universal flanges rated according to DIN Norms Class PN16 – 40 & ANSI B16.5 Class 150 (standard). Others available on request.

CT MAG-M Operating Limits

  • Available: ATEX II – / 2G cbk II C T2 – T5

Horizontal, sealless low-NPSHr peripheral pump with permanent magnetic drive system — no mechanical seal. The isolation shell separates the liquid chamber from the atmosphere, ideal for aggressive, explosive, toxic, or hard-to-seal liquids including hydrocarbons and heat transfer fluids.

The hermetic sealless design is well-suited for chemical, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical industries. A wide range of models supports varied performance needs. Low NPSH pumps (0.5 m) are perfect for the refrigeration market.

Coated with epoxy primer and water-based poly-acrylic enamel for high-quality corrosion resistance and environmental sustainability.

Hydraulic design with self-balancing impeller extends wear ring life. Pump casing and impeller materials include CF8M or WCB; other available options:

  • Hastelloy® C276
  • Incoloy® 825
  • Duplex and others on request

RWP Quick Change Cartridge Kit

Designed for easy and fast maintenance. Close-coupled drivers require no base, coupling, or guards.

Connections:

  • DIN Norms Class PN16–25–40
  • ANSI B16.5 Class 300

Sealing system with flat gaskets prevents leakage:

  • Asbestos-free
  • PTFE
  • Graphoil
  • Gylon®

Rear shell made from one solid, welded-free ellipsoidal piece — available in:

  • AISI 316 (standard)
  • Hastelloy® C276 (high-pressure version)
  • Titanium alloy (optional upgrade)

High-power synchronous magnetic coupling with rare earth magnets operates up to 350°C (662°F) without external cooling.

Bearing materials:

  • Silicon Carbide (SSIC)
  • Tungsten Carbide (TC)
  • Carbon (for dry run conditions)
  • PTFEC/G (where carbon is unsuitable)

Elastic rings reduce sleeve and thrust bearing loads, ensuring long maintenance-free operation.
