Bertoli Homogenizer Michelangelo Series, the HA-30The Bertoli Homogenizers and High Pressure Pumps from the Michelangelo Series are designed with a focus on sanitary execution, making them highly suitable for food processing. All parts are constructed of materials compliant with strict international standards for food processing and pharmaceuticals.

The HA-30 high-pressure pump can reach industrial productions up to 22,000 l/h and maximum working capacities up to 1,500 bar with its Starline Plus edition. Its design ensures reliability, easy maintenance, and quiet operation thanks to its closed-cabinet design.

The HA-30, Michelangelo Series, comes with features that highlight its functionality in industrial applications:

  • Forged block made of Duplex, SAF2205, 3 Plungers made of AISI360L
  • Direct transmission system with trapezoidal belts and pulleys
  • Homogenizing group with hydro-pnuematic pressure adjustment and homogenizing valves in stellite™
  • Flat valve seat and poppet/ball valves made of stellite 20™
  • Digital pressure transmitter, 4-20 mA, with ceramic membrane
  • Overpressure valve and flow switch alarm
  • Splash lubrication system, die cast aluminum crankcase, nitrurized crankshaft
  • Terminal box and control panel for local/remote control
  • Easy opening panels
