Operating principle
The shockproof digital load cells use a patented capacitive measurement principle with a non-contact sensor mounted inside the load cell body.
The system comprises several load cells (including modules), an electronic output module (analogue or digital) and control modules. For a robust connection, additional tank legs are available.
Reliable, low-cost operation
Since the capacitive sensor isn’t in direct contact with the load cell body, the cells are less affected by overloads, side loads, shocks and welding voltages, eliminating the need for expensive mounting kits.
Plug-and-play installation
A standard RG 58 coaxial cable (up to 50 meters) is sufficient. A patented ASIC converts, compensates and calibrates the sensor’s signal independently of the cable length.
