Versa-Matic E7-3/4″ Bolted Metallic AODD Pump
The Versa-Matic E7 3/4″ (19 mm) Bolted Metallic air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump is a compact aluminum pump designed for reliable industrial fluid transfer. It is well suited to lubrication systems, adhesive dispensing, tire-filling equipment, OEM systems and other applications requiring dependable operation in a compact installation.
With an adjustable flow rate up to 12 gpm (45.4 lpm), the E7 combines leak-resistant bolted construction with Versa-Matic’s non-stalling, lubrication-free air-valve system. Its corrosion-resistant air section and straightforward design help reduce maintenance requirements and support consistent on/off operation.
Multiple diaphragm and valve-material configurations are available to suit different fluid properties and operating requirements. An ATEX configuration with a metallic center section is also available for applicable hazardous-area installations.
