Versamatic’s 1½” (38mm) hygienic stainless steel AODD pump is designed to meet the most stringent sanitary requirements in food, beverage and pharmaceutical applications. Certified to 3-A sanitary standards, this FDA-compliant air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump is engineered for cleanability, reliability and safe fluid handling.
Built with a highly polished 32 µ-in Ra stainless steel finish and clean-in-place (CIP) capabilities, this hygienic AODD pump is ideal for sensitive and high-purity applications. It features a patented air valve system, non-stalling operation and a standard leak detection unit to protect against diaphragm failure and product contamination.
