Versa-Matic E6-1/4″ Bolted Plastic AODD Pump

The Versa-Matic E6 ¼” (6 mm) Bolted Plastic air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump is a compact fluid-transfer solution designed for OEM systems, chemical dosing, laboratory equipment and other applications where installation space and controlled flow are important.

With an adjustable flow rate up to 5 gpm (19 lpm), the E6 combines a non-stalling, lubrication-free air valve system with dual-threaded manifolds and flexible porting arrangements. Horizontal suction and vertical discharge center porting are standard, while optional side ports provide additional installation flexibility.

Polypropylene and PVDF configurations provide chemical-resistant non-metallic construction, while conductive Acetal configurations can be grounded for applications involving suitable volatile media and are available for ATEX requirements.
