Exceptional Valve Hygiene

The one-piece body of the Unique 7000 design is formed from a single stainless steel disc. This ensures  an exceptionally smooth surface finish with no welds, resulting in maximum strength and reliable production, as well as improved hygiene. The ball-shaped body with no dead zones guarantees gentle product treatment and is extremely easy to clean. The upgraded sealing concept, with defined compression of sealing with metal-to-metal contact, results in maximum integrity for the liquids passing through the valve.

The Unique 7000 valve complies with prevailing health, safety and hygiene regulations in full, is EHEDG certified  and is authorized to bear the 3-A symbol for hygienic equipment design.

With a minimum of moving parts, the Unique 7000 is also designed for rapid, easy maintenance and to keep spare parts inventories to the minimum.

Tri-Clover Unique 7000 – Standard valve. The Unique 7000 series is an innovative new generation of Tri-Clover single seat valves that are designed to meet the highest process demands of hygiene and safety. They`re built on a well-proven, platform from an installed base of more than 1 million valves.
Tri-Clover Unique 7000 tank valve

Tri-Clover Unique 7000 tank valve cosists of a valve body with or without a tank flange. Available in two different versions for installations that either open into the tank (Direct – Acting) or close up against the tank (Standard version)

Tri-Clover 7000 - Aseptic valve Tri-Clover 7000 – Aseptic valve. A one-piece diaphram provides hermetic sealing against intrision from the armosphere, ensuring the highest level og hygienic aseptic processing.

The special diaphragm can also be used with other Unique 7000 units – Including standard, tangenital, two-step and tank outlet valve configurations – where aseptic processing is crucial.

Tri-Clover Unique 7000 – Y body. An ideal unobstructed flow is required for the most demanding viscous products.
 Tri-Clover Unique 7000 - long stroke valve

Tri-Clover Unique 7000 – long stroke valve. Specially suitable for use with media or products that contain particles and/or suspended solids – as well as highly viscous products. In such cases, larger passageways are needed to provide gentler, more effective flow control.

Tri-Clover 7000 – tangential valve features an off-center body so that the port connection can still be drained when the valve is positioned horizontally. Particulary suitable for use in tank openings, horizontally mounted drains ans a wide range of installations where space restrictions make it difficult to install valves at other angles

 Tri-Clover Unique 7000 - two-step valve.

Tri-Clover Unique 7000 – two-step valve. Stroke height can be adjusted as required to march specific volumes and quantities. This makes it esoecially suitable for dosing, and to two-stage filling where the focus is on ensuring an exact volume. Can also be used for draining two pipes at the same time

 Tri-Clover Unique 7000 - Reverse acting valve

Tri-Clover Unique 7000 – Reverse acting valve provides multiple solutions, for instance, to prevent pressure shocks when the pipework does not permit closing against product flow with the use of standard single seat valves. May be used as an overflow valve after a positive displacement pump or as an muli-port flow diversion valve. Can also be configured as a shut-off valve with two or four ports, or as a changeover valve with tree to six ports.

 Tri-Clover Unique 7000 - fractional valve

Tri-Clover Unique 7000 – fractional valve. A fractional valve with the same Unique 7000 design and few moving parts. Widely used in processing food, beverages and dairy products, as well as pharmaceuticals and persoval care products. Ideal for use in sampling, CIP (cleaning-in-place) and other contexts where only lower rates are involved.

Tri-Clover Unique 7000 - manually operated valve Tri-Clover Unique 7000 – manually operated valve. Small, relatively simple valves that are available with manye different options and features, including lockable flights, for either regulating or dosing purposes.

Application

Ideal applications for this single seat valve include the dairy, beverage, brewery, food, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and personal care industries.

Working Principle

The valve is remotely controlled by means of compressed air. The valve’s parts are few, simple, and movable—which results in a very reliable valve with low maintenance cost.

Standard Design

The Unique 7000 valve is designed to deliver the years of reliability and performance that you’ve come to expect with all Tri-Clover products. Its flexible design consists of either one or two bodies that are clamped together. The TR2 seat ring with enhanced hygiene and CIP capabilities comes standard with all Unique 7000 series valves. For added confidence, the valve can be supplied with a controlled compression elastomer seal ring. The standard actuator comes with a five year warranty. The Unique 7000 valve sizes range from 1 – 4 inches.

How it works

A seat valve is opened or closed via a plug that is lifted up or down and held in place by a seat. This type of valve is controlled either manually or by compressed air. It has only a few simple moving parts, making this an extremely reliable, hygienic valve for stopping or diverting product flows in both single and multidirectional processing installations.

The basic design of the Tri-Clover Unique 7000 unit consists of either one or two valve bodies, clamped together. The TR2 seat ring with enhanced CIP capabilities and better hygiene is standard on all Unique 7000 series valves. These are also available with a controlled-compression elastomer seal ring. The standard actuator is supplied with a five-year warranty.

An extensive range of control and monitoring equipment can also be fitted to these valves. These range from IndiTop, ThinkTop® Basic and GreenTop units to the advanced ThinkTop®.

Unique 7000 valves are available in sizes of 1–4 inches, and the range consists of a comprehensive selection of special valve types. These include reverse-acting, long-stroke and manually operated models, in addition to tank outlet valves, aseptic valves, two-step and Y-body valves, and special MO, MR and Flo-Diversion units.
