  Packaged System
> HYDROSYS
  The units of HYDROSYS series consist of a liquid-ring vacuum pump of our series TRH, TRS, TRM, TRV, of an air-liquid cyclone separator, of a heat exchanger, all units being mounted on one compact frame.
> HYDROPACK
  The new series HYDROPACK represents the best solution to have compact-size, efficiency and functionality in TOTAL RECIRCULATION liquid ring vacuum systems.
> OILSYS
  OILSYS systems includes a liquid ring vacuum pump from ours series TRH, TRS, TRM, TRV, a separator tank which also as a frame, heat exchanger and oil demister to remove oil fumes.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

Gas entering via the suction port is conveyed into the impeller casin AB and trapped in the space between two impeller blades. As the impeller rotates - eccentrically to the liquid ring and casing - the volume between the blades increases creating vacuum. As the cycle progresses towards the discharging port the volumn decreases as the liquid ring creates compression. This compression continues until the gas in discharged with the gas and it is necessary to supply make-up continuously. This make-up liquid also maintains the liquid ring and absorbs the heat energy for compression.

I = Suction phase

II = Compression phase
